The Problem
Eight active projects, four channels, zero visibility
GammaStack runs a multi-project iGaming platform delivery operation: white-label casino and sportsbook builds running in parallel for different operators. By the time I joined, the organisation had 8+ active projects with no single place to see their status. Support tickets came in across Telegram, WhatsApp, Slack, and Teams with no unified intake, no SLA tracking, and no escalation system.
No project visibility
8+ active builds with no single portfolio view: health lived in someone's head.
Scattered tickets
Clients on Telegram, WhatsApp, Slack, and Teams with no unified intake.
Zero SLA tracking
Support was handled ad hoc: nothing was overdue until it was escalated.
Blank-page setup
Every project started from scratch with no standard structure or template.
My Approach
Map how delivery actually works, then build for that
1
Operations Audit
Mapped all active workflows across projects, tickets, and communication channels.
2
Database Architecture
Designed the 12-database relational structure in Notion.
3
Workflow Automation
Built Make.com automations for ticket routing, assignments, and alerts.
4
Dashboard Design
Created role-based dashboards for Leadership, PM, Engineering, and Support.
5
Migration & Rollout
Migrated all active projects and trained the team on the new OS.
6
Iteration
Refined the system through 30 days of live usage and feedback.

The Outcome
A fully operational delivery OS that gave a 20-person iGaming team its first real view of what it was building, who owned it, and what was at risk.
